Im going to order from RTS vapes, 36mg nic mixed with Pg OR Vg, are the choices I have to choose from. So if I choose the PG will it be mixed at 100% or will it have some VG in it also? Thanks for your help.

I may have misunderstood this response but PG doesn't need to be diluted as it is rather thin already. VG on the other hand is better diluted as it is rather thick. Some VG is good as it produces more vaper where PG is better for throat hit. Good luck with your DIY. That's all I do anymore as I can mix the flavors I like and do it for around .15 per ml. It's actually less than that for the mix but I've added some cost for the supplies.
PG Nic Base is easier to work with and stores in the freezer better than VG. Realize if you're mixing the 100% PG Nic with VG you "may" need a higher base mg than what you want to end up with..
Example using 100% PG 36 mg PG Base Nic
If wanting 18 mg 50/ 50 PG/ VG you add equal quantities of VG to the nic base. 50% VG would be the highest you could could go.
