Rubber bottle tops

I was curious if any of the suppliers out there offer rubber bottle tops for use with needles.

That didn't sound right. Ok, what I'm talking about is the metal ringed rubber tops that come on prescription glass bottles, insulin is a good example, with their ejuice bottles.

I fill using the syringe because I prefer the tight control, however i notice the needle collects the juiceon the outside and minute amounts are wasted. While it's not a large amount, I'm sorta ocd and am always looking for a more efficient method.

as a side note, this style is considered childproof.

Sorry if this thread is in the wrong area, aside froms just hitting up every supplier one at a time I wasn't really sure where this would fit. If suppliers cant answer in this forum area, just send me a pm if you do carry this bottle type.

Dont know about rubber but I did read about one supplier sending stoppers that you could put in that have small hole for your needle insures there is no drip and u can turn bottle upside down just like you are on ER.

This would Likely be Totally wicked, Got my shipment from them today and it had a super sweet needle top on it. Tasted great too. Happy Puck

Do you mean the bottle like the use to store medicine in and just poke the needle through the top and draw the med out right before they give you a shot in the ....

How about a pic of your new TW bottle. I got the old style from them. Didn't even get the childproff cap. I assume you ordered TW USA?

Sorry, webcam went out or I would have done this sooner.

While I love the bottle top, it still doesn't quite work the same as a rubber top, still better than a straight open bottle.

That style of stopper is called a european dropper. Just FYI...

I would love to see this feature on E-Fluid bottles too. I think that it would also provide excellent proofing too. Oh and one more thing I should add, they are crimped on so removal is near impossible. You can see that as either a good thing or a bad thing I guess.

I grabbed a case of some 15ml glass bottles with the euro dropper caps and I'm adding child proof caps. I transferred all my juice to them now.

Between keeping the bottles out of reach, the child proof caps and the dropper insets I feel much better about the juice now.

The euro droppers work quite well unless you cut the juice too heavily with VG and don't add any water. Then its as bad as a bottle of Heinz ketchup.

Aren't these only meant for one use though? I would imagine that the hole would stretch over time.

What if you stretched a small balloon over your bottle of e-liquid. Then you would have rubber covering over the opening that would provide the same function.

I have seen them used well over 50 times without leaking a drop. They would wear out eventually. But I would think that the bottle would be long empty. However, I don't know how well it would do with the large gauge needles we use for our fluid. I have only seen them used for insulin. (Insulin needles run 28-31 gauge and the preferred needles used by us is 16-20 gauge.) .....
