Depending on what you've got now, I personally think all my juice taste better in my kayfun and Taifun. I don't have a Russian, but since it's a high-end clone of the kayfun I'd say that counts.

If your debating on getting one or not, my opinion is this: if you can afford the device or a good clone, and understand how to build a coil, and or have the patience to learn...I think it's worth it 100%... that's my opinion. I love mine!

Who cares what it tastes like when it looks like this? (Smiley face-ish thing).

I've found the kayfun gets me better flavour than just about anything - better than clearos (by a mile), cartos, and even other RBA's (e.g., genisis). It's comparable to dripping and much more convenient. The only thing I suppose that would touch it would be the RM2 on a Reo.

BTW, if you say that name 3 times, one of it's cultlike followers will appear to convince you of it's vast superiority.

Shall we?

REO... REO... REO..............

Man, a Russian on that mod sure would look swell. What is that, by the way? Some excellent DNA 20 unit?

It's the Futura by nexgen. It's a DNA20, and I couldn't even imagine 30 watts! 20 watts is so powerful it's insane.

And I agree, if I could see a Russian to know if it matches the titanium finish....it might?

I have been a long-time Reo user and building the RM2 since they came out and have tried it with several types of builds, a simple 28g Kanthal micro coil is the best…it's good but I could never get the flavor I would get from an HH357 or Empiremods 901. That's my experience. So, with the Russian 91%, I am getting the best vape and flavor I have ever experienced. If you can build a coil, throw some cotton through it, then you will LOVE the Russian 91%.

After getting a Russian, I have since started giving away all my other tanks/atomizers. I used to use Iclear30's and Hypertanks but the flavor and vapor output from the Russian is outstanding. Now comparison to clearomizers. I have since bought another Russian and I think I have found my personal holy Grail. If you get one, you will be satisfied with the flavor, that I can guarantee you. Just make sure to clean it really well before you start using it. There was leftover machine oil on both of mine and there's a reason why there isn't any machine oil ejuice on the market LOL. Also as was mentioned previously, you will have to play around with your wattage and airflow to find the sweet spot but once you do, WOW!

My experience is slightly different; the russian is the best tank setup I've tried so far, but it does not come close in terms of taste to my dripper... I use fruity/sweet juices and they just don't taste the same...

here is a summary of my experience:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...s-clone-vs-russian-91-vs-taifun-gt-clone.html

I totally agree. Dripping gives better flavor, but the convenience of a tank with flavor that approaches dripping is where it's at for me. I still love to drip into a RDA, but the Russian has stolen my heart.

The only thing you have to be weary of is not melting your insulator when dry burning your coil during setup and/or cleaning to change flavors. If you end up throwing it in your pocket and forget to lock your fire button, you will surely melt the insulator. If you get a Russian or a Kayfun, try to find some spare insulators, too. They are hard to find, but essential. Eventually, you will melt them. It's just part of the deal.

The summary of your experience with the Nimbus, Russian and Talifun was helpful, thank you ;)
