Russian 91% need some help

I've owned this Russian 91% for over 2 months and I've never had an issue with it not seating right in my dna device but today I was trying to do a build and I just couldn't get it to seat. I kept getting the check atomizer error for no connection. If I loosen the screw too much though the positive post moves all over the place and comes into contact with the negative and shorts. What the $h!t biscuits do I do here?

If it has the version 1 pin you should be able to unscrew the small screw that goes in to the post it should not impact the positive post, however the v2 spring loaded pin is garbage

When I unscrew it it makes the post so that it is loose. I can not get it to a point where it will not move when I tighten or loosen that screw.
