Rust?

Hi all,
I have been in myrtle beach SC for 4 weeks and I think RUST is appearing at the top of my JOBs where you screw the tank on. Has this happened to anyone else? Thx

Never seen rust on any of my batteries. What I have seen is the "plating" wear off the battery post which makes it look a little like rust. Take a q-tip dipped in some alcohol and rub it. It could be liquid as well. Look at the q-tip to see if it actually is rust.

Welcome to Myrtle Beach where even stainless steel rusts. lol I think that maybe the plating is wearing off and you're seeing the brass underneath. It's OK.

It also may be accumulated gunk for your e-liquid.. Wipe it off to see.

It was lind of reddish. Everything happens at once it seems and the tank i bought a few days ago seems to be malfunctioning soooo
Not sure what the real problem is cause im on the go no time to breathe and figure it out right now! Hopefully it is the plating not rust! Thanks, friends

it could be rust
hopefully just a q-tip in vinegar will take care of it..
