Agreed!!! I'd be willing to pay more for a consistently reliable product employing people in this country. If I win the lottery I'll see what I can do!
Second, the person filling the carts by hand must lead to many errors. There is no way a person can fill a cart with the same amount of liquid reliably.
We couldn't see the top half of the "syringe" the person was using, but judging by his speed I imagine it looked something like this. And that would make it accurate to less than .5/1000th of a mL.

Now, if we can get these folks to do some R&D and QA, we might get more reliable products. In the back of my mind, I have to remember that the Chinese killed many pets and a few people here in the US. I hope that smoking juices turn out to be safer than stoking on analog cigs.
