Ruyan Bling Cigar or myPVshop RN4062?

I want to purchase an e-cigar and I'm torn between the Ruyan Bling Cigar from Heavens-Gifts or the RN4062 from myPVshop. I love the look of the Bling Cigar more the the RN4062 but it all comes down to performance. Which one performs better? Thanks for the help.
