first of all thanks for your contribution to this board love your experiments and reading all your posts

since its the same atomiser on the kissbox classic and on the janty classic
so you can see what kind of product the janty is
im still waithing for my kissboxes classic and yentl

You are much welcome...Thanks for reading my post...now I have to re-think all my experiments over again..this new Janty has thrown all my experiments into a new dilemma...Out of desperation I have open up 5 new boxes of njoy and done extensive comparison test..not one is able to match the Janty in terms of reliability and efficiency..not a single one....and out of 10 person who tried my Janty today ,all opt for the Janty instead of the cheaper njoy..my patients will gladly pay more for a more reliable device..I'm at a loss now..the new turn point has emerge..now have to re-plan my strategy..my next roadshow is this coming Saturday...I am going to showcase the new Janty to the public..I believe it will change the landscape of e-smoking forever.....

on the kissbox manual for the swichs it says after 4 secondes the swich will turn off to prevent overheathing we just have to keep pressing the manual swich

He-he. OK, I know we (me in particular) have been praising the KISSbox a LOT lately. and Ludo, from Janty has been posting here a lot lately, too. But this isn't Janty's forum. Really!

You'd probably be better off contacting them through their website to ask that. That said, while I am not with Janty, I have heard from them that they have some new and improved parts, to replace earlier versions currently in the Kissboxes, arriving at the end of the week. SO, it might be worth it to be patient and give them until the end of the week to ship yours, so you can get the improved parts.

But anyway, welcome to the forum! Take off your shoes, get comfortable. There's beer in the fridge, help yourself.

I ordered both Kissboxes on Sunday 1st June (453) and they look so buff I was hopping for them, but got no contact other than a request from Paypal for the payment (weird one that - I'm used to linking through from a site to Paypal, but in this case had to wait for Paypal to send the request).

This morning (June 03) I sent a mail from the 'contact us' page on the website asking for a shipping date (I put Ludo's name in it and said I knew it from this forum). The mail is timestamped 08:15 but I think that's receipt by the server as I was on a train then. I'm sure I sent it in the early hours, bit fuzzy though because I'm spending every spare minute either on my e-cig shop sites or this forum (mostly lurking) - could have been around 07:00.

At 14:41 I got a mail from Harry in dispatch at Janty Netherland. He had tried phoning but I was in a basement so he followed up with mail (great customer service). They had run out of one of my chosen cartridges, Yentl Normal Tobacco, and asked if I was OK with another flavour. I went for the Green Apple and got a mail back from Harry at 15:07 saying it would be shipped today.

I've just checked on the site and my order still says processing, which I'm hoping is just lag between actions taken and the system updating them.

My point after all this gas is that they may be holding your order because a flavour you asked for is out of stock. Send them a mail from the website and use the magic names of Ludo and Electronic Cigarette Forums.

I'm now tracking orders like a madman - I have the Kissboxes inbound from The Netherlands, a Sedansa Nano SC500 v2 on the way from Belgium via UPS, an NJOY white starter mini from the US via the US Postal Service, and a pen-style no-brand Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit from UK eBayer pillbox38. It's torn the behind out of my budget for the foreseeable future but what the heck, it's my birthday on Thursday. Just hoping I'll have ONE of these on the day as I'm going for a few beers!

All these buying decisions were based on advice from this forum, so thanks to everyone who posts.

When you check the status of your order, and it states: "Processing", that means it's on the way.
It will state that until you received it, and signed for your package.
That's how it was in my case.
I was worried about that also.

That is soooo true, TB. Instead of feeling like I've been sacrificing, I feel like I've gained a great new hobby. 7 weeks and counting since I had a real cigarette.

Although, Janty has got good reviews, their on-line payment system is strange. I wonder why didn't they integrate paypal to the shopping cart. Also, they should consider DHL as another shipper, I like to be able to track my stuff on-line.

And still counting 1,2,3............5 more days to go

I gotta agree. I'm a tracking fanatic. I'm as addicted toi shopping as I am to nicotine, and tracking the package gives me a daily "fix."
