RY-4? NewPure by Halo?

A couple questions.

1. Can someone try and describe RY-4 for me. I've seen quite a bit of mention of this E-liquird.

2. I checked the Halo site and cannot find the NewPure mentioned in a menthol E-liquird discussion. Has it been discontinued? Does someone else sell it?

Halo has been waiting for the new stock - I believe they are renaming the newpure to something else. Halo should have stock within a few days I believe.
