Being a noob to e-cigs in general, I was just wondering (I'm sure their are others) about the "original Dekang RY4. I've been reading about how great it was but is "lost". What happened, did the creator of the original formula become a priest and is tied up chanting mantra's in a forbidden Buddhist Temple in the Henan Province? :p

Just wanted to spark up some conversation on it.

RY4 refers to Ruyan 4, the 4th flavor variation from the Ruyan company. There are also RYs 1-3. Ru-yan is actually two words in Chinese meaning "like smoke", where "smoke" is the name for cigarettes in Chinese, and they first patented the modern version of the e-cig. An American inventor invented something similar in 1963. RY4 proved very popular and other juice makers began offering similar versions. After all that, I don't know what happened to the "original" Dekang RY4 formula. :)

Edit: my suspicion is either Dekang changed the formula or there have been counterfeits of Dekang RY4.

Legend has it that the recipe is locked in a vault that has to be opened by turning two keys simultaneously. Gary Sinise has one and the other is lost in the Alps.

Story I heard is that The Knights Templer have housed the recipe along with the Holy Grail. Find one...you'll find the other. Also Leonardo DaVinci makes reference to the original RY4 in his Mona Lisa...wherein if you look closely enough you can see some of the ORIGINAL RY4 dripping from Mona Lisa's lip.

Best story wins a GALLON of virtual RY4 or a day with Gary Sinise. (USA winner gets Gary, Europe winner get the HOFF.)
