I am really thinking about a knurled one..."Sparkles"...I can see it now! 
Sir L, can you inset fake jewels or gems into the body? I was thinking that would really set it off. Not too gaudy, just some added sparkle. Kinda like a queen's scepter for my sweetie, you know?
