Sad day...not anymore!!!

Well, I had a 510 kit, and a Riva kit...which both worked wonders until i finally got my mod by OldGoat...anyway, that's the good news! Yesterday, the wires inside oldgoats mod came apart, useless...so i go back to get my 510...they work enough for 2 charges, then while screwing the atty on i hear a frying sound bright orange and smoke..untwist quickly...too late! Burnt out!I'm really getting frustrated now! I grab my Riva charged up ( So i think ) Nothing, put it on the charger and the light turns red but the blue light does not blink what-so-ever...i leave it on, it's been a good 6 hours still...nothing...all trash! I'm out of a PV...so sad! Well on the sunny side of things I just ordered a Journeyman and it should be here no later than Wednesday!!! So I'm super excited for that! But there's nothing i can do now!!!! Analogs really stink so there's no way im trying that again!!! Any info on something i can do with Riva before I trash it for good? Any so good things about the Journeyman from R&R? Please enlighten... Ok...had to vent a little! The End!!!

Haha...yeah! Someones day is always worse right!?!?! Well i somehow ( don't know how ) got my Riva to charge, we'll see what happens to that "red" light in a hour!!

Visit the modders section and build a simple one---you'll be back in business before the sun sets.

If push comes to shove, grab a disposable from the gas station or convenience store. And +1 on what jj2 said, if you can solder, you can make a mod in a few hours from Radioshack parts and an atty. (I did) So, if *it* breaks, you built it, you can fix it

Wow days like that are for the birds. So sorry to hear you're having one of them. I don't know anything about the Riva but if you can't get it working I'd try to find a disposable to use until Wed that's a long time without a vape.

If I lived close I'd bring you a pv myself :/. I'd hit the gas stations and even the smoke shops see if you can pick up a cheap piece of junk pv to get you by. Best of luck.

I actually went to a nearby smoke shop here and picked up two krave 500's they'll work for now...nowhere near as good as my AC, Tin Box Mint, Tasty Finger...etc but hey its better than analogs right! And thanks for the thought ShannonA!!!

lol a couple days ago i ruined one of my ego battery and thought it was the end of the world lol...but still i had one ego batt left.....stupid me..........still have a 510 kit and an Blu kit .....i guess those just didnt do it like the EGO did....sorry my story aint as good as yours but jus wanted you to know its not the end of the world like i did....lol
