Placed an order on Friday for some cartomizers and it still hasn't shipped seven days later.

That is a bummer. Don't know who you are dealing with, but I've always had shipment same day or next at the latest with the vendors I deal with.
Today is Friday? I think that is 6 days
I would call them up and say WTF?

I ordered from these guys twice before. Really good service both times. There was and still is stock on the cartos. I don't know what's the deal.
Naturally, I received the email confirming that my payment was received. That was almost instant.

Update: I sent an email this morning and received a response. It seems that they were out of stock on the USB charger I had ordered along with the cartos. They offered to send a fast charger in its place and I accepted.
