I know we are a supportive community to begin with, but I'm glad to see such overwhelming response already. I'll give this thread a day or two for people to see it before I go ahead with the letter. It won't be super long, but I just want him to know that those of us who have worked with him appreciate him and his business and all of us, including those who haven't ordered from him, send our sympathy.
