Get 4 bank charger and 4 batteries and give it a try. If you can go all day on one set you'll always have a fresh set ready when you get home. If that's not getting the job done you can carry a spare set with you and get a 3rd set so you have some ready when you get home while the 4 recharge.

Everyone's schedule is a bit different, but it shouldn't take long to figure out what works with yours. I run REO's and usually change the batteries lunch and after work so I have 3 batteries for each REO. I can charge them on the lowest setting and always have a fresh one available when I need it.

Definitely a separate charger, but even then never leave charging batteries un-attended.
It's wise take some basic precautions in case of a fire, how cautious is up to you. One end of the scale would be wrapped in a petrol soaked rag under your pillow while you sleep. The other, on a concrete slab in the middle of the desert under a suspended 1000 liter tank of fire ......ant foam. I put my charger on a metal plate away from any walls and furniture, some people go as far as putting their charger in a steel lockbox.
