Safe disposal of 100mg nic

I have 120ml of 100mg nic that has been spoiled somehow, it's an orange colour and smells terrible. I'd like to get rid of it and am wondering what would be the 'safest' way all around to do so - should I just chuck it in the trash, should it be poured down the sink, etc?

If you have a neighbor that you hate and if that neighbor has a nice looking backyard just pure it on their flowers.

Check with your local gov't. Many areas have Hazardous Waste days a few times a year to get rid of old paint, pesticides, batteries, etc.

Nicotine is approved by the FDA as an insecticide spray. If you do a little googling, I'm sure you could find the proper dilution to be effective yet not dangerous to humans.
