I have a smok magneto v2 mech mod and a turbo rda with 2 coils running at 0.23ohms with this be safe with a Samsung inr-18650 25r sdi battery ?

Samsung 25r are 20A batteries, so as long as you aren't pulling over 20A you're fine

If you select the 25R preset, you can check how much power/volts you can push to a coil with X resistance without going over the batteries headroom.
Keep in mind the batteries charge affects this as well.

yeah iv tried that I just get so confused though maybe i should stick to regulates mods

Try this one, just for an idea.
Punch in just the numbers you know: .23 ohms and the most voltage you'll get which is 4.2.
That shows max Amps you'll ever pull is about 18, so the Samsung is OK...
Pretty high, 18, but if you're gonna vape there, it's a decent battery for it.

Well that was informative. I've apparently been pushing 21A to my LG HG2s. I dropped the wattage...
