Just like the title says.
I love the look and convenience of a mod in 18350 mode but I'm not sure which battery can handle my relatively sub-ohm (0.12-up) builds.
Anybody got any help?

Hey man, where are you out in LI? Grew up in Glen Cove myself!

18350 won't be able to safely handle a .12 coil. The AW 18350 is good for 6A I believe, a .12 coil at 3.7V will pull over 30 A. Even if you don't get an accident your battery life will be really, really bad. Be safe!

Chipotle.
The highest drain IMR 18350 available is the Tensai 14A, which as you probably guessed is rated for 14A constant. I own a pair of these and I have used them at .30 ohms, the battery life is extremely short due to the very small capacity, you're going to be hard pressed to get 7-10 minutes of actual vape use out of a single battery.

- Tensai 18350 IMR 700mAh flat top (14A) - 14500, 16340, 18350, 18490, 18500 and 26650 - Rechargeable batteries

Food for thought, even if an 18350 could drain near 30A the capacity would still be 700-800mah maximum and the battery would last literally 1-2 minutes of actual vape use. Stick with 18650 or 26650 for subohming or supersubohming.
