I also use the Loranns flavor---Natural Anise Oil----it is delicious.

I take 7 mils of PG and 3 mils of VG and then add 10 drops of Anise Oil seems-real delicious.

I too am still wondering if the Natural Oils are bad for us.

I heard there is a Licorice flavor by Loranns that is water soluable.

I have been vaping the Natural Anise Oil for about a week now.

I will probably just get sick of the flavor and go on to something else anyway.

You will probably receive conflicting info on this subject but, here is my take on it. I avoid using flavors with oils in them as the lungs are able to evaporate water but not oil. The food flavoring is what we know the least about when it comes to inhalation of our eliquid. I avoid oils and artificial coloring in my DIY flavors.

Some people use the oil based flavors in small amounts with no issues. I choose not to do that as I have indeed had issues using oil based flavors when I first started vaping.

This color coded list may be helpful to you but, ultimately the decision is up to you.

IMHO Flavour Art would be the safer flavors to use as they are proactive in testing their flavorings and are transparent about what they contain.

Good luck to you!
