Congrats salem. I think TT should buy you your own plaid couch for YOUR front yard. Your ECF Veteran Trophy.

I don't know DeXTeR ... only us high class people in the deep South have couches in their front yard.

I think those folks up there have those plastic chairs.

Probably just as good except you can't lay down in them.

Just ordered my wife a new Kitchen Aid Fridge. Might have to move the old one to the front porch lol.

Make sure you get a burning barrel in the front yard to roast some marshmallows or stay warm on a chilly day..

(True story.....I seen it when I lived in Missouri as well as the recycling system in the front yard) :)

Your right Sdh, everyone down this way does use burn barrels. That really is true and that's where we used to burn our garbage and trash. I got to having a problem with alligators coming up in the yard and knocking the burn can over and had to quit doing it.

Now we just store it in the living room until the garbage man comes and throws it in his pick up truck.

Hey I had a burning barrel as well...However, I was an oddball and placed it in the backyard away from the house. :)

I miss the country....I live in a snobdivision...you can only imagine...where your neighbors can sniff your farts. If I want to burn anything I have to buy a firepit...no burning barrels allowed...or urban chickens!

I mooooved from the coast to the country a few years back and came from one of those snobdivisions :)
It was quite an adjustment at first but now I am surrounded by 15 acres with about 10 of them being woods and loving it! The only part that I don't love is going to Wally World is a day trip :)
But I can drive in next to no traffic to get to Wally World :p

Yeah guys! I have been trying to convince hubs to move....we moved from Ozark, Missouri to the frozen tundra back in 92 and have been here since....I have hated it from day one. I grew up in Chicagoland and vowed never to get into the rat race again...but hubs needed to locate here and I am stuck. I have a dream of owning my small farm where I can have all the farm animals I want....even skunks if I choose. (Not really real ones scare me!)
