OK. In that case, I am confused by BHam's reply. It is true that that permanent 10% off code can shave a little off the shipping fees, if you place a really BIG order.

Spend $100, get a $40 Vapor4Life gift card through May 8th. Enter code Gift40 at checkout.
*We'll email you your $40 V4L gift card within 24 hours of your completed purchase.

This is quoted from facebook .

I did receive that offer via e-mail (from being on the old V4L e-mail list). I think it was contained in a "newsletter" format -- but I know I saw it. Can't afford to blow $100 on PV stuff right now, so I deleted it (and don't recall when it expires).

Yes it should have been here as well as facebook ,if it wasnt .

I apologize EleanorR. The sales on Facebook are current and valid. As far as email codes and text codes, I haven't heard anything. Sorry for any confusion.

All part of the "New" V4L I've been experiencing since around Christmas. Bring back the 2011 batteries and cartomizers please (just keep the new rubber plugs). Have not had any luck recently, and I got some credit thing that I never figured out how to use when my discount didn't work (months ago). The OLD customer service method was great; have suffered/not bothered filing for the last 2 defective batteries because I can't stand the newer ticket thing.

Going to order some Nobacco juice, and I hope that hasn't changed too.

In case you haven't figured out how to use your store credit. Assuming you have the code you need, all you have to do is under payment options select gift certificate, insert the code, put a check in "I agree to the term and conditions" and hit submit order. It will recalculate with the gift certificate. Make sure to put in any coupon codes first before using the gift certificate if the gift certificate is more than the total.

Whats wrong with the ticketing system? I like that they have something helping manage communications, it helps keep things from falling through the cracks, and provides a clear audit trail of what was said by whom and when. I have used it three times now, all positive prompt experiences.

Just curious what you don't like. I'm about to implement a similar system where I work, so am curious mainly for that reason.

Sent from my phone; Please excuse typos / autocorrections.

It's too slow, too impersonal, and sorry but that "code" got lost I guess. The system NEEDS a check and balance for OPEN tickets by each buyer/order before it's processed. I realized right after the order finished that the system did not recognize my coupon, and INSTANTLY filed a "ticket" which was not given attention until a day or so later AFTER the full priced order was sent :( I'm a "number" and given a "number" as compensation now... really awful or I was really spoiled by personal emails to my NAME or phone calls and compensated ITEMS not numbers that don't do any good until next time I order and pay for shipping again.

Also, in the past a post like this would have prompted a private message... just tested and nope! Just noting the differences in the "New" V4L vs the "Old", and not blasting this as a profitable way to do business en masse. I understand, but it doesn't take away the disappointment.
