Same build, different feeling. RBA vs Hybrid.

I'm trying some of my first ni200 builds and notice the same build on my derringer clone performing better than on my subtank, even 30w compared to 40w. Is this due to airflow? My impression was the purpose of air was to cool the coils but TP is confirming that both coils are around similar temperature. The vapor feels warmer with a denser exhale on the RDA at lower wattage. Any suggestions on how to bridge the gap? I like the convenience of a tank reservoir. I also seem to have trouble building a high enough resistance ni200 coil that fits inside my Kraken. I thought perhaps from browsing here a genesis tank would be ideal. Any advice or knowledge would be most welcome, thank you.

You'll have to build your atty's DIFFERENTLY from each other, in order to have then vape the same. You 2 Atty wick differently, they have different airflows, they have differently sized Vapor chambers. Just take chamber size alone.. If 1 atty has a smaller chamber, lots of things happens differently. For one, even if you have the same size intake and exit air holes, because the chamber volume is less they airflow may be moving at a different velocity at equal pressures. Fast moving air cools faster than slow air.

Gotta queastion.... Say you had a 350 horsepower V8 motor. Would than motor perform the Same if you were to say, put it in a Corvette vs a Chevy 3500 pickup? My guess is the Vette would be little faster, but I doubt it could pull the 20000lb trailer down a hill. But they have the same motor (coil), they should perform the same. Right?
