I'm using these with a bit of success. I wouldn't mind doing some cleaning of them if it didn't involed a 15-20 step process as suggested on the GV board.

I'm not the type of vaper that is going to disassemble the entire sapphire and reassemble it. I've gotten oh 10 refills now into a sapphire and it's pretty much still chugging along with no issues.

Can I just empty it and then put in some sort of cleaning solution, let it sit over night and then refill?

Will I ruin it this way? I'd also like to maybe change flavors.

What solution should I use? Isopropyl alcohol? vodka? plain water?

Please oh sapphire gurus, enlighten a young grasshopper. What say ye?

Tried cleaning one with ultrasonic cleaner using vinegar as cleaning fluid. Was not effective in my opinion and wick at spike broke apart a bit. I came to conclusion best not to clean and just keep using till it fails. To change flavors I put water in tank, shook a bit and let drain with some assistance of whip like shaking in drain. Could have let dry some but I didn't. New e-liquid and a few primer puffs and all seemed well. But perhaps best to have a Shapphire for each flavor presuming that you know the flavors you like and are not just testing.
