Bars and businesses prepare for smoking ordinance
that takes effect Jan. 1 - Ban smoking of cigarettes,
cigars, pipes and even Electronic cigarettes

Penalties call for a $100 fine on the first offense for smokers
or business owners. But owners face the added risk of $200
for the second fine and $500 for each subsequent instance
within a year.
