The i06 atty I'm using right now doesn't have a tight draw at all.But then again my version of a light draw may be different to yours. YMMV.

This is what I am hoping for (I ordered a specially made pyrex drip for these as well, would be a shame if I had to get rid of it immediately).

have you used the hh .357? If so, what's your take on that?

He is a dealer of AW batteries and I got his info from his sales thread at CPF MarketPlace (flashlight fanatics), which is currently closed for maintenance.

:)

Oh hey! I am a CPFer too! and all this vape research is frequently reminding me about all the money I spend there! Thanks for the mail, will get in touch with the person.

Welcome, REOnaut! If nobody's mentioned it yet, take a look at your atty's/carto's connection before you screw it on to the REO the first time - if the center post of the atty's connector sticks out farther than the outer sleeve, you could short the mod, which would collapse your spring, which would be an enormous pain the .....

Hey thanks for the warning, not quite sure though what you mean by the center post, is it the part with a center hole and some textual engraving around the circle? Also if an atty has this problem then can it be fixed by screwing the part in or something? Or is the atty useless if this is the case?

Yep, that's the center post - the part with the hole. If it sticks down too far in the connection, it can touch something it shouldn't and cause the short. I figure with you being overseas, you'd rather not wait for parts and/or repairs. As far as I know, the protruding center post can be shoved in - I had a carto like that once and I just mashed it on the tabletop until it was all flat and used it. Can anyone more knowledgeable weigh in on this? Is this always the case?

Welcome Darco,

I put in a good word for the REO when I came across your other thread. I'm glad you're here, and I think you will be very pleased with the REO.

Yeah, your suggestion was the final one that made me say "ok thats enough! got to try the Reo Grand out now!" :D Thanks White, now anxiously awaiting my Reo, will let you all know how it goes.

About the Attys, I am getting my usual supplies from Healthcabin.com as shipping from China to India is cheaper compared to getting stuff from the US. From what I see, HC has a bigger stock of cartos than attys. Now I have only tried 2 types of cartos and didnt like them too much (My review of my first purchases here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-my-first-big-purchase-egot-cartos-juice.html ) I have come across a lot of users here at the ECF who swear by cartos so maybe I need to give them a second shot. Though I have a feeling I will be liking attys more than the cartos. I have ordered 1 of each of whatever atty / carto was available at reosmods.com and will give them a try too. But in the long run, I really need to freeze on one type / brand of cartos / attys so that I can order them in bulk and save on shipping.

If your ordering from Health Cabin then I would suggest you get some Joye LR 510's since they perform very well compared to others like bauway or smoktech. As for cartos you can get Boge LR 2 ohm's or if they have it then Smoktech XL LR 1.7 ohms. All of those in general are fairly popular and like I said have good performance in general.

Unfortunately HC is no longer stocking Joye 510 standard attys, they only seem to have the 'T' attys for tanks. I tied the Boge standard resistance carto on my ego-T battery and really disliked the blunted taste and flavor and I sorta feel that its because of the filler material. Still have 9 cartos remaining from my first purchase. Now maybe LR would make a big difference, or maybe the Reos higher voltage would, not sure, will have to try em out. I am generally tilting towards attys, as I feel (from what I have read) the real benefit of bottom feeder mods is that you dont need to have fillers or a wicking system between your coil, your eliquid and your lips :)

If I do find a Chinese vendor with Joye 510 attys, do I get the short standard size or do I get the XL size? Also, from what I understand of the 306 attys, they are bare and need some kind of driptips on them to use. Could someone point out some cool ones?

Some cartomizers are garbage fresh out of the box. They're mass produced and quality control slips. Try two or three more before you write them off as not for you.

Greenhouseone is another vendor that ships directly from China, I believe. Eastmall.net is another one, I think. With the upcoming Chinese New Year, you might be better off ordering atomizers and drip tips from a U.S. or European vendor to get it quicker. Then you can order replacements later from China for less money, if that's possible.

Here are some Greenhouseone links for your consideration:

LR510 Atomizers Pack of 5

LR306 Atomizers Pack of 5

They also have 2.8 ohm atomizers listed as "Regular Atomizers"
