Anyone else afraid to quit?
JMHO, I don't think you're afraid to quit.
I think you are afraid to fail.
-------------------------------
Don't put so much pressure on yourself! Part of quitting smoking is being good to yourself......your health. But that includes being good to your mind and spirit.
Here's what I think: Get your
vaping gear. Enjoy it. Use it. Little by little, allow it to take the place of your analogs. don't pressure yourself, don't be a taskmaster to yourself. You've already decided you WANT to quit analogs......believe me, strong intention, with commitment is there, and that will carry you far.
My vaping gear came and I was already just rolling a few analogs a day of american spirit organic tobacco. Vaping supplied the nic I needed, and then I jsut noticed I stopped smoking analogs. I really didn't need them anymore. Give yourself a little time IF YOU NEED IT. Not everybody quits in the first 48 hours! You are an individual, if you need to go slowly, then you need to go slowly.
PUtting yourself into a terrorized panicked state of mind is not going to help you quit analogs.

Stay here, seek support, everyone will help you.
Yes, it's important to quit analogs. And I believe you will. It may not be before midnight tonight. But it will be soon.............

Keep trying, keep it on the front burner.
