Been vaping for a while, but during the past 6 months or so, getting really tired of having EGO-C problems.....leaking carts, burning atty's or mass flooding issues, hard draws and now battery problems. There seems to be a lot of new products out there and I have no idea what to do. Really liked the Ego-C's, but there's got to me a better and easier way. Is there some other product out there that I could still use the batteries? I may have gotten a bad battery from myfreedomsmokes, but I'm getting that replaced. Have 4 batteries but, it is what it is. I liked the throat hit the C would give me, but it wouldn't last long before I had to clean out the atty and everything else associated with that. Sure would hate to have to start over with a new system, but it's frustrating me to no avail. Any recommendation would be great. "Ya'll" are the ones that got me off of Blu and then on to the Ego-C, which has been great, but not perfect.

I'll take a shot at offering some advice, though I will state up front that I have never been an Ego user; vaping from my friend's Ego once or twice is my full experience with that device.

Kanger T3 or Evod clearos, or a Pro Tank, should work with your current batteries with no problems, I am a long time carto only guy, but the Kangers have won me over. I would think 1.8 or 2.2 ohm coils would be a good fit for your Ego batteries, though your tastes my differ.

If the Egos work for you, fine, stay with them. For me VV or VW is the only way to go. I used a VV that I built from a Mad Vapes kit for many, many months. Then I bought a VV Gripper, and about a month ago I got a Vamo and I love it.

Good luck!

An Evod with a 1.8 ohm head works wonderful on that battery! I have 2 of those batteries and that is my going out setup. T3's are also good. Just remember you want a lower ohm cause higher ohms require more volts then that battery can supply.

Have you looked at getting a Vision Spinner or a Twist? They let you adjust the voltage. Go on youtube. I learned a lot from there. But basically a Ego has a 510 connection so anything that has that will work.

I would recommend looking into a mod myself since the ego batteries don't have the greatest longevity and can get pretty expensive. If you want to stick to the same size and form factor I found one a while ago on fast tech that is essentially an ego body that you can replace the batts in, 14500s if I remember right for $12. As far as juice delivery goes, I'm clueless. I drip exclusively

What issues are you having with your batteries? From your post, it seems like more of a clearo issue that a power issue. It is frustrating to find a good atty/clearo that both does not leak and gives you the vape you want.

Kanger has several lines that are pretty hassle free. I've been going through a ProTank phase, but the M/T3s and the Evod are basically the same concept. For fill and vape products, they are one of the best. You can also pick up replacement heads for later when they go bad.

Vision Vivi Novas are my main clearo/tank though. You get better flavor and they just have a warmer vape. This comes at a price though: you definitely have to pay more attention to upkeep. Otherwise, these are another good option.

Well, I have been using the Ego-X for quite some time, with no issues so far... the tank is different from the Ego JETS, much less prone to leaking (I think I never had that problem again). Plus, an atomizer will last for months, because with the X, you can unscrew the resistance from the atomizer itself and deep clean it with an old toothbrush, and replace the wick as needed... I have been using the same atomizer for almost five months now, and it still works and tastes like new. All you have to do is give it five minutes of your time every two or three days...
So, if you're confortable with the Ego, and would like to use the batteries you still have, I would definitely recomend the Ego-X.

I went to clearomizers right away and the Ego batteries are working just fine. I use Vision Nano's or Evods. The clearomizers have thier issues too but they work a million times better than the carts that come with the kits. I'd suggest trying a different rig on top before dismissing the Ego C batteries.

I would try both top coil and bottom coil clearomizers and see which one you like best (you may like both). The CE4 throwaway is a cheap, hassle free clear tank that you fill from the top. The coil is near the top of the tank. You have to tilt and twirl the setup from time to time to keep the wicks saturated. It gives a warm, quality vapor.

The Evods and MT3S tanks fill from the bottom and the atomizer sits on the base. The wicks stay saturated so there's less chance of a dry hit. They can get gurgly/leaky when the liquid volume gets low or the atomizer is near the end of its life. These are rebuildable--replacement atomizers are less than $2 each ($1 if bought in bulk) and can last for weeks. These produce a cooler vapor and good flavor.

You will probably spend around $10 plus shipping (total) getting one of each.

Batteries are strange. I got one battery that only works with a certain type A cone, but won't work on anything else. Just got a brand new battery....it worked for about a day and then nothing. I've tried both of my cones and about every other trick imaginable, and still won't work. It will charge and is charged, but nothing. It actually works for about a second, then quits. Guess what....sitting here at my desk typing this and decided to try it one more time....now it works.....WTH????

Get a Povari.................................
If you are in an office setting you can go with the mini, with the extended cap
you can use the 18490 which will give you at least 7hrs thats heavy use
If you are on the road get the regular size, you have the 18650 or the 19490...
Thats if your wallet can stand it.
One year warranty excellent customer service, and steady consistent hit no matter the batt
level.
If you wallet can stand it you won't look back.
The you can use the pro tank, and a tank that is working quite well for me is the tatroe 3.2 ml

is this a good setup, the Vision Mini Vivi Nova Tank (V3 - Long Wick) - 2.0ml??? One thing I don't know, do they have disposable atty's, akin to the ego-c type of set up? I know they probably aren't interchangeable, but the price seems right. Just don't know enough about them to make an informed decision. ......that new battery just quit working again, so I charged it full (wasn't close to dead, only took about 5 minutes to charge) and put it on another cone, now it works again.
