We came across this encouraging article online and thought we might share it. The health experts in Scotland are recognizing electronic cigarettes an official way to reduce harm and quit smoking. While they still encourage people to use licensed NRT such as the patch or gum, they do not want people who wish to use electronic cigarettes to be forced not to. They want to avoid the risk of them returning to traditional tobacco cigarettes. This is a great step forward. While this may not be here in the United States, it is a victory for vaping none the less. Have a look at the new article here.
