Screw broke off inside of Castle RDA center post.

So, I received an authentic Castle rda in the mail, not 3 days ago from Mr.eliquid. Ive had a simple build on it, up until last night when I decided to try something new. I wrap my coil, start tightening my leads and suddenly the top of the screw on the center post breaks off... Is there ANYWAY possible for me to get the screw out? Its all the way in, and fairly tight. Ive looked for replacement posts but have only found one site that sells them and theyre sold out.

the center post maybe too small to drill out the smallest ease out ive seen is called a super out but even that may be too big , i might would try using a small dab of JB weld on the tip of an allen wrench let it cure then put it in the freezer for a few and see if that will remove it , if not a complete drill and tap then you got more $ in tools than in your rda i always find an excuse to buy new tools but then thats just me

left hand drill bits, they have saved me on numerous occasions with a broken bolt/screw in a tough spot. When the bit bites into the metal 9/10 times it will back the threads out since the bit is used in reverse. A good set of left hand drill bits should include a 1/16", which is the smallest I know of and should work.

Your other option is to completely drill the broken bit out of the post then re-tap it for a different thread pitch and a different screw. You should be able to locate something like a 4-40 tap and drill bit at most decent hardware stores, then it's just a matter of drilling out the old post, tapping it for new threads and putting in a new screw. It can be fixed, definitely.

This may sound stupid, but is there a pin at the bottom of the base that can be unscrewed with a flat head screw driver. I could be wrong, but in the pictures I've seen, it looks like there is. Have you tried unscrewing it? If it's designed like some of the other rebuildables, with the bottom pin removed you might be able to poke the screw shaft out from the bottom. Just an idea.
