Screw too tight

I just went to exchange the squonk PIN where the studded screw is currently in my dead rabbit that's new to me never been used and I can't get that studded screw out of the bottom to use this as a squonk any advice on how the hell to get this screw loose

I was just coming back to say I finally got it. I ended up using slightly altered version of WD-40 so now I've got to soak my rda lol but I was sick of jamming the screwdriver into my hands when it would skip out of the groove. Thanks though

Wash everything first with a toothbrush and dish soap/washing up liquid, then simmer in a pan with a drop or two of soap in the water.

Rinse with cold water and then scrub everything with a toothbrush and toothpaste to give everything a nice minty freshness, of course making sure to rinse off the toothpaste residue.

It also helps remove any surface oxidation as well.
