Just in case anyone had missed it Trog is offering ScrewDriver body kits for £29.95 as a christmas special. :)

Grab yourself a bargain on the Original and Best!!!! Screwdriver.

Kula.

NB the offer is for bodykits only but as an SD owner already I have all the rest of the kit - you can buy a full spares pack for £34.99 so you can have an original SD for £65 - Bargain.

£75 if you include shipping.

why does Trog charge people in the UK the same shipping cost as worldwide?

and i see no mention of combined shipping...does he do that?

Doesn't look so great after that does it?

I'm wondering how long the sd fanboys are going to be allowed to get away with the daily spamming of their over hyped battery pack on this forum?

I don't see supporting suppliers getting away or even attempting this kind of behavior.
Is this acceptable because this supplier is banned?

...and speaking of supporting suppliers there are many fine folks here who support this forum and have great customer service, some with FREE shipping who sell the DSE 905.

A safer, more ergonimic, user friendly device which is far better priced...
It may slightly resemble a sd but it's really much better, much safer and the switch is located where it's supposed to be, imho. It simply works...

Merry Christmas! (oh look, here comes the parade)

Nice try Apo...

It's already been reported those pics were staged. You know that.
It won't be long before someone purchases an sd and does the same thing.

Using the spring for a fuse like the sd does and the reported myriad of button problems, burns and close calls (if he hasn't deleted them yet), it's just a matter of time.

I believe you had several postes deleted over there yourself didn't you Apo? When you suggested the switch placement was all wrong and it should be moved? When you first reported the DSE905 to them?

Nice to see you again. ;)

staged , really ..maybe they are I missed that bit, but all new models are prone to probs , the MKII SD has had a few teething probs with the connector comming loose or shearing so it's not just the 905. Once out for a bit things will improve with the 905 if it's not replaced the the Chinese protege or GG.

Yes I have had posts deleted from the SD forum , Trog is always right apparently and anyone with opposing views is wrong. Guy thinks he knows everything , fact is he don't ..hehe. but it keeps him happy thinkin that way so who am I to take away his cuckoo land truths.

Trog Doesnt like the 905 , well he wouldn't it's a SD clone he also hates the fact he is banned from this place but he wouldn't say it outright, it's all he goes on about on his forum is this place, he loves it really.

and before the likes of keef come on here saying he can't defend himself , well I haven't said anything here i havent already said to him , before it was deleted.

Trog is a businessman now , not a community member and the way he talks these days you can tell.

batteries and charger from DX cost bugger all , granted you'll have to wait awhile for them but for around £40 you could have a nice SD with batts and charger. Can't moan at that. finnally a proper price for a mod ;)

give it 30mins and this thread will be linked back to the SD forum..you wait ..lol

Quite right Apo - you don't have to buy the "spares" from trog if you don't want to. But also to be fair the spares kit does include 4 atties, 4 batteries and two spare switches. But to be even more fair, I buy my attys in multipack from TW when there is a sale on, my batteries from DX, and so far (touch wood) my 9 month-old Mk 1 switch is still fine...

I do buy what I want Christena, thank you very much.
That's not the point.

SD members spamming their suppliers sale and product in the General section of the forum is.

Does this thread bring back any recent memories?

Read that and tell me it's just not blatant spam. Posted almost entirely by sd members.

Now we have a new one today? Is this just a double post? Or a concentrated effort?

Maybe the OP is just passing along info and isn't a sd forum member? ECigScrewdriver - View Single Post - SD Christmas promotion.. Body kits only £29.95.. enjoy.. Maybe not.

How long do you folks plan on doing this before someone calls you on it?

The manufacturer of the sd is BANNED from here and with good reason.
He never became a supporting supplier because he got all the free advertising he wanted from his fanboys, and it's escalating.

No one is asking you to buy a 905 Christena, why the attitude if someone suggests it?

Oh I forgot... http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...on/50920-original-screwdriver.html#post783655

"Fruits... you are making me want to rush back and get another... never could resist a bargain...lol

yeah...same old same old on here Apo.attack and defend:rolleyes:

i dont care about stupid mod wars...i just want a decent mod for a decent price, and i dont want to wait for DX.;)

all i wanted to know was if there was any way to reduce the shipping charge, cos i was considering buying an SD now that the price is more reasonable to me.

but of course on this forum, try and get some information, and chaos ensues.

Apologies Mr Darcy I totally got the wrong end of the stick.

Stickless... I wont be drawn into old threads, or commenting on them, if I had anything to add I would no doubt have posted in them.

It's just every time I seem to see your posts there appears to be a dig at the SD, its forum members or the manufacturer himself.

Of course if trog cannot come and defend himself, others who are happy with the product will do so. Thats human nature, but constantly flamming isnt going to help matters.

And as for the OP, Im sure that person was simply letting others know about a bargain, what is wrong with that?

So lets agree to disagree... there are people here who have upset me greatly, but holding bad feeling doesnt help anyone, so its done, over and will be forgotten about..

This industry is young, we should be applauding those who have helped it advance as quickly as it has. But at the end of the day, its personal choice as to who buys what..

I find it fascinating that you would go through the trouble of posting what I said about buying another SD... oh well.
