...it keeps coming back to make you sick! Just got a letter from my bank saying that SE [smoking everywhere company ] is denying my claim for a refund and my Bank is asking for more proof that I sent it back during the 14 day 'free' trial:mad: Those asshats send the ecig kit a few days before the trial ends, so of course you're going to be denied! I was working with one of their reps for weeks to get my tral cancelled before the stupid thing got to me, and it was 'almost' a done deal....arrggg I flippin HATE this company! I have a bad feeling I'm going to eat that 99.02!
Just had to vent, anyone considering getting a ecig from this POS company, beware!

Oh and in their letter to my Bank they say they would 'be happy to send the product back to me'! Yeah and get charged again? No thanx!

I was able to prove the "14 day issue" by proving that I in fact talked to their customer service dept over a dozen times over 6 weeks by submitting copies of my itemized phone bill highlighting each and every call. I finally got full credit as it was logical that I would only be repeated calling due to a problem. Not sure if this is similar to your situation but the bank looked at what seemed logical as what I was stating(regarding my return and not getting credit)made sense when compared to the numerous phone calls.

Really sorry this happened to you PlantLvr, you deserve better, hope it works out.

That's a shame. I always use USPS certified mail to help in such situations. On a related note, I recently returned my Greensmoke kit ($130) and found the company to be quite professional.

I had the same experience with Greensmoke... They offered me a free battery and a couple of packs of cartos to keep it, but were very helpful when I told them I wasn't interested and wanted to return it. Not a fan of their product, but their customer service was good for me. YMMV.

I just stood at the SE kiosk for abouut 2 hours raising hell and making their sales drop, sure enough they decided that they could make more money but giving me my 150 back.

I also had kept the kit, so it was a win win for me there as well, which i sold to abuddy of mine while he was waiting on his vapor king. So i ended up making 50 off of it. He then sold it to a neighbor of his for 70, and he made a 20 profit on it as well. Both of us were very forthcoming about the shoddy quality of it when we pawned it off.

Ha ha! Seems like I'm not the only one returning my Green Smoke kit. And yes, they are being very nice about it,

Mom canceled her backordered kit the day I got my VK...and she had ordered hers (with the website saying they were in stock) a week before I had added mine.

She reported that when asked why she was canceling, she explained she got a start up kit from another company...and they gave her a very sincere "good luck with vaping".

She did the right thing. Just take my word for it. V4L is the real deal. I'm so grateful to all of you on this forum. Without your help and dedication and I would still be trying to get used to GS nasty flavors. Or smoking my Virginia Slims Ultra Lights. Thanks and God bless.

I stopped doing the "free trials" because i actually read some of the terms that you have to go under. Like when I wanted to return one E-Cig that i got for a 30 day trial, I called them up and said that i was returning it and just needed to know where they wanted me to send it. They asked if i had used any of the carts (WELL DUH) when i told them I did, they told me that i would have to pay individually for the carts that I used. Plus i would have to pay to send it back, They would have to charge me a "restocking fee" and that I had 3 days to send it back. By the end of it my $50 Trial turned into.... $15 in carts (that was for 5, 1 of each flavor... and they were more expensive because they were from a bundle pack) + $15.00 to Guarantee it would be there in 3 days... + $10 in restocking... I would of gotten $10 back...

Since then i have grown wise thanks to the "Order of the E-Cig Forum" and have been taught in the ways of "E-Ciging"... I also sold my soul to V4Life for a pack of 555!:evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil:

Free Trials are never really free. I found it is just better to go all out and if it fails it fails. Never count on getting a full refund.

"Oh and in their letter to my Bank they say they would 'be happy to send the product back to me'! Yeah and get charged again? No thanx! "

Why is your bank requiring more proof when it says right here that they already have the product that was sent back from you, otherwise how could they send it back to you????

Point that out to the bank.

Oops, I see that they are saying it wasn't done in 14 days... funny that, when I get a chargeback, it's up to me as the vendor to prove when and how everything was done. Looks like they're putting it on you. Well, if you mailed it back before that 14 day period, then I would think the postmark would be the proof, rather the receipt where you mailed it and they should have to prove when they mailed it out to you, too.

Well, not REALLY . . . but I feel like I "owe" them in a way.

I never bought their POS kit - luckily when I first saw one of their kiosks in a mall I had my iPhone with me and did a search on Amazon to get some reviews because it seemed too good to be true and the Amazon reviews were (for the most part) bad so while I didn't buy from them if it wasn't for them I still probably would not know e-cigs exist and wouldn't have Googled e-cig and found this site and wouldn't have my V4L and my Prodigy mod and wouldn't be using kicka$$ cartos!

I bet if someone did some kind of survey a VERY HIGH % of people discovered the existence of e-cigs by seeing their kiosks in mall so I can't TOTALLY hate them as I believe their presence has played a very large role in introducing people to this life saving device.
