This company should go down! First I ordered the 'free' trial, then the same day, found this forum, read till my eyes burned, and cancelled my order with them. Took 2 weeks for them to refund my 10 bucks.
So two days ago I see that my checking account had a debit of 99.02 from, guess who? Called them, waited ten minutes to speak to someone, no problem the cs rep says, your money will be refunded within 72 hours, package hasn't shipped yet. all is good.
Today I go to my mailbox and guess what i got, the overpriced piece of crap that supposedly hadn't shipped yet. Get online to look at my account, no refund.
So now I get to call them again, wait to talk to someone and send the package back, I'm going to send it certified cus I don't trust these jerks!!
Thanks for listening to my rant/vent :(

Michigan's Knobbywristbone
that is almost exactly (but with a month's space between and not getting the first $9.95 back) what happened to me. Its in another thread which I'll try to find and link in here in a minute.

What you need to do is call your credit card and see what you can sort with them, that's what I've done and what's happened and where I stand with this right now

Still kinda wondering what happens about the Gold One they sent without my wanting or asking for it.. thinking there's a law about unasked for/unwanted packages and that you're not obligated to pay for them (was hoping somebody here might know that law I'm talking about and elaborate on it more)

read in here. what happened to me is about midpoint and nearer to the end, and there's a couple of others who had almost the exact same thing happen to them too

CAUTION STAY AWAY FROM;
a. Smoking Everywhere – Grossly overpriced, no returns or refunds.
b. Smoke 51 – Overpriced, automatic withdrawals on your credit card.
c. Smoke Assassin – Their “Free” trial will cost you hundreds of dollars in the end.
d. Elecktric Blue – Overpriced and false claims.

The good news is, if you have the SE Gold, it's a standard RN4081. Parts are cheap. Check it out at;

hi everyone, just wanted to say call your credit card co. I have to laugh cause I just did this yesterday. I ordered the trial a month ago and 2 minutes later I called and cancelled. Well a month later I get the package. I returned it the next day. So yesterday checking my credit card i noticed they charged the ten dollars the same day I ordered and cancelled. They had charged the 99.00 when they mailed the package to me.I called my cc co to file a dispute. They immediately refunded my They also said it would prevent the co from trying to charge anything else on my cc. Of course this was before I found this great forum. Lesson learned smoking everywhere sucks!!!
