SE is such a *****

This is ridiculous. A week ago when I dint know anything about ecig, I signed up for SE free trial at $9.99 shipping cost and 15 minutes later I called and cancelled it when I read the reviews and found VK. I called the next day too because they had already charged $9.99. So after lots of wait someone finally told me they will reverse the $9.99. Five days later I see $9.99 reversed. So I thought ok its out of the way now and I got my VK and I have been very very happy. Today I check my account and to my surprise I have been charged $100.0 from SE for what?!?!?!? I think I have to spend sometime calling reversing that now. But man.. what a horse's patootie!!

damn.. I just walked out and there is a SE package in my mail.. I dont understand.. when I canceled the order they did return the $10 shipping.. then why would they send me their SE Kit and charge me 100 fo rit?!?!?

Call you cc company pronto. Explain that you cancelled the order, they agreed to the cancellation but sent you a kit anyway and charged you for it. If you want to keep that kit, write a letter or call the company explaining that you cancelled your order and that under law you have the right to keep their product as a gift since it was sent to you without your consent. If you don't want to keep the kit, write a letter to them explaining how you cancelled and they sent it anyway, and that you want no further literature, solicitation, etc. from them. Send the kit and the letter (keep a copy of the letter) via certified mail so that you have a copy of their receipt of the unwanted goods.

Better yet, in addition to calling your card company, take a copy of the statement showing the reversal of charges, and write a letter explaining that you called and cancelled your order 15 minutes after placing it and tell them if they want their kit back, you will be happy to send it if they provide you with a postage paid mailer. Its packed, I dont have any desire to open this. I am going to call them now. I could have gotten so many cartomizers and liquids in $100. I hope I get it back.

Good luck, I've been trying for one month now and still no refund, they rip people off for a cheap kit that can be bought for about 10 bucks from China. These scums should be sued and put out of business because they give e-cigs a black eye:evil:

Same thing happened to me, got my 10 bux refunded, thought everything was OK, then last week I get the package AFTER they deducted 99.02 from my checking account! When I first saw the debit I called SE and they said, don't worry it hasn't shipped yet. Give us 72 hours to refund your account. So when I got the package 3 days later I called them back, and another rep said that the first rep didn't look at the 'right screen', whatever. They even offered me a 40% discount if I would keep it! I stuck to my guns, mailed it back and they received it two days ago. What a PITA!
My checking account better be credited by the end of today:evil:

I've ordered from 2 other suppliers in the past. One was my initial introduction to vaping. (they were fine, just limited selection and slowish shipping)... the other was a little over a week ago to get some vanilla carts.

I got shafted. 3 of the 5 KR808D-1 carts don't even fit on the VK. Contacted the supplier? I have to pay to send them back to be assessed (like i'm making it up) before they can be replaced after they claimed it had "never happened before" despite their forum saying otherwise. How does it even happen where 3 of the 5 don't fit the batttery!!! </rant>

ugh. There are a lot of shady suppliers out there. I don't have experience with SE but figured I'd share my bad experience.

Do update me on this thread about your experience because they told me the same thing, "send the package back to us and we are refunding your account in 72 hours"

Well emi, the package was received by SE on the 2nd. Today is the 7th and still no refund. Will check after work today but I have a feeling I'll be on the phone with them on Monday listening to their stupid recording for 15 minutes!
If by some miracle my account does get credited before that happens I will let you know.:mad:
