Jagellpuff would be willing to help coordinate with the Volcano guys in Oly and with Chris at Smokes Choice in Silverdale as I already deal with them in one way or another, this also includes The Vaporium. And for that matter Provape as well. Just let me know Wash.

Totally understandable. All of us have a busy schedule and so if everyone contributes a little then that will be huge overall. Since Jag offered to contact provape. Then I will contact the casino this week and see if we can get a room or something. Also, will check the cost as well.

Not familiar with Tulalip since I never been there. So, I'm going to give them a call like I mentioned earlier to find out all the necessary information.

LOL yeah, I honestly didn't have a clue that other vapers existed in the area. Never seen them in public and so, that was my assumption. It's been great to see all the members here show their faces.

Yeah, I just went back and found that out. So why dont all the groups get together a make a big event or even cross promote. I mean we are all on the same team here I hope. If anyone doesnt know about the July meet and wants to know just PM me or if it could be allowed Ill post info here also. I dont want to make another thread for it but maybe I should. Oh, and I have nothing to do with the setup of the other event, I just know about it because I follow a particular vendors facebook page. Myself, I want to go to both

So problem, anyways apologize about the slow response. Just started contacting the volunteers on the list. Anyways, I don't think there are separate teams. Personally, I didn't even know if there was meets in WA. So, that's one of the reasons why this meet or thread came to be created.
Anyways, there isn't an issue that I'm aware of at the moment. It took a while to get the necessary information. We are just starting to plan things right now. Some are going to be contacting vendors to see if they are coming or not. So, keep an eye on this thread for updates or pm me. I'm not online as much but, I'll get back to you ASAP. Or if you want then you can help as well. There's only a few of us right now. Need all the help that we can get.
Cool. I just saw that the other group that has been doing meets for a really long time now knows about this event and plans to help you promote it after their meet in July. Im stoked, cant wait to go to these! Thanks for working on this. We need more folks like you and them doing great things for the community.
Possibly you could contact Volcano and The Vaporium if you want more vendors. I would guess that they will show. Vendors help make these events even better.

I believe Smoker's Choice here in Silverdale said they would go .. they are Volcano affiliated. Jeff/Jagelpuff mentioned he had talked to "Chris" (?), and I talked to the guys here. I will go over there again this week and let them know the date and time, and see if they can commit at least from the local store here.
Very cool. Just ran across this thread after being away a few months. I have had "Vapefest Envy" since hearing about events elsewhere in the country. I will be there along with a few converts from Snohomish County.

Hey Sugarfoot, think all of us here are envious of the Vapefest, bashes, and etc. Hoping this will be a big meet. That's great to here that your coming, as well as your converts. Hoping that you guys won't be disappointed.
