I am a noob and just found this thread. Did you note that on aug 25 "Foreigner" is playing a sold out show at the tulalip amphitheater. The Casino allowed smoking dang near everywhere last time I was there but it has been a few years. I have a friend who lives on the res. I need to turn him on the the PV's anyway. Is it a meeting room you as asking about as vape friendly?
They weren't listed when this was started Dizzy. I checked Tulalips event calendars fro the summer/fall before I even mentioned it 
If it was set before then they didn't have it listed.

Was not aware of that but, it seems unlikely at this time if we are still holding the meet there. Communication with the casino has been terrible. Made a call there this weekend to try and get a hold of someone. Which eventually lead me to an answering machine.
Also, Blu has not updated me as to whether she has gotten a response yet. Still have to contact someone that's willing to go up to the casino personally. Anyways, if you and your friend can make it. Then that will be great.

I'm sure that will get sorted out when our representative gives them a visit. Hopefully that won't effect the availability of the meeting rooms.
Wanted to give a quick update like I had promised. I made those phone calls during the weekend. Which wasn't all too promising. There is only one out of the possible four that allows the use of e-cigs in their establishment. The others either only allowed it in their smoking rooms or not at all.
The only other possibility at this time would be the Best Western Cascadia Inn located in Everett. Since I would be the one hosting it. The person I spoke to said that the choice to allow vaping would befall onto me. So, that would be the backup plan in case Tulalip truly isn't an option. The cost would be $550.00 (w/o tax) for the whole days worth of use for one of their meeting rooms.
EDIT: Also wanted to mention that they do have a bar. In case anyone wanted to drink during the meet. In addition, I have pm'd Ajohnson to see if he would still be willing to go up and visit the casino.
So, if he could do it then that would be great. If he can't then if anyone else is willing to go. It would be a tremendous help.

Really can't believe how hard it is to get in contact with those people. It's INSANE!! Guess the only option is to get someone to go up there as mentioned before. Thanks again for all the help.
Anyways, totally agree. It's a much better rate compared to Tulalip. Haven't seen neither one also, besides the pics I seen on their websites.

It'd be awesome to find some local vaping folks, shops, etc! I dont get out all that much but i am a hard core vaper and have made true believers out of most of my friendsand family!
I am excited about this! I didnt know there were so many folks in my area! Yay!!

Welcome to the thread. So glad that your interested in the meet. Personally didn't know that there were that much vapers in my area as well. It would be great if you could make it. We're in the process of securing a place to hold the meet right now.
There may be a new alternative right now. Just waiting to hear some confirmation at the moment. Which is the only update that I have right now. Also still waiting to hear from AJ on what Tulalip has to say.
Anyways, hoped everyone had a good 4th of July!!

My vote is still for a hotel meeting room in everett (whichever one Washvap mentioned) unless a better option comes up.
What about state parks or other outdoor locations? Or maybe pizza joints, I know they frequently have banquet rooms? I wish I had the time to do more research, we need some more options.
Please post up if you have any ideas at all, I know we can make this happen!

Outdoors would work for a meet. Weather around here is pretty unpredictable lol it would suck to get rained out.
Yeah that was my thinking too. With my luck it will either be 103 degrees, or 65 and raining. Gotta love the PNW.
