Second aerotank with problems

Odd, the aerotank is the first kanger product that has not leaked for me. Are you sure it's authentic? Did it come with a card inside that had a silver area that had to be scratched off to see the serial number or were the numbers simply printed on the card? Authentically have the silver coating.
They are based on vacuum. If there are any leaks on the seals that is not good. Make sure you have both white seals on the top and bottom of where the glass fits. Make sure you tighten the glass and metal ends securely. Verify that you have a small Oring on the bottom of the head and tighten it to the air flow base. Fill with juice and put the two pieces together. No probs.
Also make sure you have the white seal over the coil and chimney.
