Yeah, I know, and sadly it's only going to get worse. They keep cutting back on workers in all the offices, and cutting out overtime too. It's like they're playing musical chairs, keep taking away bodies, but get the work done in the same (or less) time.

Just so you all know, we really do care about you and your mail, but we can only do so much.

we get tracking info on the package shipped to us? and thanks to all on your input on which way to ship.. my husband INSISTED on buying a stupid kitchen scale because he was "going to use it".. and there it sits.. taking up space on the counter and making clutter.. sigh... I guess I can weigh it there! hahaha it will be of use for something after all!!
