There has been a lot of hype over these reos. I think they look better than a Pipe Bomb sticking out of your face but is there a reason other than the prestige to change from a V3.1 to a Reo.

Well, since I don't own or have ever used a V3.1, I may not be the best person to answer this. For me it had nothing to do with prestige...in fact, when I got my first REO, there was no such thing as a REO Grand. Simply put, I am lazy. I really wanted to stop smoking and had been vaping for 6 months, but couldn't take that extra step. In the end...what i needed was for vaping to be easier than smoking. No carts, cartos, batteries only lasting me <1ml of juice, and no dripping....the hassle of it all got to me. I wanted something I could use all day. Now its been 9 months since I finally made a clean switch to vaping. Now I don't know how any of this is relevant to a V3.1...but that's my story in Readers Digest form. I hope this helps. :)

Yes, I think so anyway. The bottom-feeding system actually works, and very well at that. You don't know how nice it is not to have to carry around extra crap until you try it. The Reos look cool. They are machined out of a single chunk and are like tanks. I don't think I could break one of the aluminum ones with a large hammer. They're ergonomic to use, in my hand anyway. They are simple in their design - no digital parts to fail or go haywire. There are not even any wires used. They are very well thought out in their design. The craftsmanship on them is just impeccable. The maker is a nice guy and he stands behind his product. They have existed for quite some time and have been heavily user tested.

And finally, the demand is so high if you don't like it you can sell it for full price. Although I wouldn't ever let go of mine.

You know the info-mercial were they keep saying "set it and forget it" ????

Imagine a world of vaping where the only thing you have to do for 1 or 2 days straight is ........
Push the button and inhale :)

Hahaha. great post! I am really digging the dual-coils, too - very consistent vape. I am on day 10 with the first one on my Mini, and day 7 with another on my Woodvil, and no sign of funky taste or drop-off in performance. At 10 days or so, it's a wash in cost with the 306's that I have been using. I currently have the 1.5's but plan to get some 2.0's - my Halo menthols are great in the 1.5's, but the strawberry I have in the Woodvil seems a bit muted. I am surprised at how much I like them, having put cartos aside for quite some time. One nice bonus is that the juice well stays pretty dry with a carto. I also seem to be going through a little less liquid every day.

Amen to that! Look at the number of posts at the ECF dealing with juice delivery - fluxomizers, giant carts, MAP and other tanks, cart mods, ad nauseum. And many of those solutions come with leaks or inconsistent performance, or require a lot of tweaking or modding to work semi-reliably. The REO does away with all that nonsense - it just plain works.

You have NOTHING to loose. Buy one and try it. If you don't like it you can sell it in the classifieds for exactly what you paid for it without a problem...There are several reasons this mod has a die hard following and why supply has a hard time keeping up with demand. First, the pv's just provide the most consistant vape out imho, and as others have put it...They JUST work. Second, Robert will not send out a mod that isn't durrable, and astetically pleasing. Lastly, Robert is the epitomy of what all vendors should strive for in customer service! Find out what all of us know already and test drive one for yourself! :2cool::vapor: (you'll be glad ya did!!!)
