I hope this inquiry wont get lost on this forum. Im not new to vaping, but Im unlikely to spend valuable time meeting the anti-spam posting quota. Thanks a lot spammers.
I want to find folks who are currently using the Valkyrie mini and get their opinions of its performance, especially relative to the bottom dual coil mini tanks Ive used so far. I like my gear compact and streamlined. Until now, Ive stuck exclusively with bdc glass mini clearomizers because I havent found a glass rebuildable in a mini format that I liked, especially aesthetically. Call me a fop, but yes, aesthetics do matter, particularly when youre dropping $. For lots of reasons, my tanks of choice have been the glass evod and the aero mini, but mainly because they use the nicest commercial coils I can get locally. I use them with slim batteries because even the girth of a lot of v.v. batteries like the spinner II, for instance, feels too bulky for my taste. Hence the dilemma in finding higher end gear. Its all giant dildo sized mods that look like they fell off a 90s star trek set. I just cant get enthusiastic about many of them. I love the looks of the Valkyrie enough to step up to the price, but until recently, its been just too huge for my comfort. Finally, I noticed that theres a MINI sized adaptation of that superlative hybrid. Its really exciting to me that I might be able to have a good looking hybrid mod that suits my vaping taste. I can not by any definition be considered a 'cloud chaser' as theyre affectionately known around here, so the dual coil of the full size Valkyrie seemed like overkill the way I saw them set up in the few live encounters Ive had with them in use. I dont doubt it can be set up to work more discreetly and efficiently, but it made me think maybe the single coil format of the mini might be more suited to my vaping style. I mention all this mainly to stipulate that Im pretty content with the vapor production and flavor of the Kanger dual coils Im using now, and will probably continue to use them away from home a lot, especially given the limited capacity of the 145000 battery the mini Valkyrie uses. I am aiming for something that tastes perfect, looks and feels singular and superlative, and will let me wind coils to my taste. The size and shape of this are absolutely ideal, which makes me pretty enthusiastic about it, but I dont have an easy way to try one, so Im fishing around for opinions from folks who own one or have any experience with the mini in particular. Any input is appreciated. Thanks all...

I just got one last week. It's a fantastic vape, not the steam my Patriot produces but amazing for its size. It is so good and compact, and the locking mechanism is solid so you can fit it in your pocket without any worry. Perfect for sneaking in a vape in the office with the door closed at work, and doesn't look at all like an electronic self-pleasuring or crack-smoking device. If you're aiming for perfect smoke breaks, this is the one to get; you can get four or five good hits off of a well-coiled and cottoned head, and its easy to refill from the drip tip well (the cap isn't cantankerous to remove, either, if you prefer to drip that way). Well worth the high price, as is usual for VA.

As far as the batteries go, well, they're 14500's. I saw a few that go to 900mah at the ground store here in Des Moines, but they wouldn't fit - the piece seems tailor made for the eFests. I'm going to buy a backup.
