Working and taste fine now, it was just the juice I was vaping lost flavour. As for the seeping, oddly I removed the rubber from the top fill and it seems to go together much better without it. Like it was to thick causing a slight gap or something... was hard to get the top back on before as well. Better seal without the seal basically.
