segelei problem

I have a problem with my segelei mod ..to turn on 5 klicks worked fine till now ...still turns it on ecept it wont work anymore.even with new battery ..other attys ...all work in other mods. it shows turned on but shows off when trying to vape even with no atty in it .is it me or did this thing go south on me ? order date was march 6 th any ideas what to do ? rolf

any chance that you have the device turned off in setting #1, with that off it wont fire.

thank you so much I got it going!!
I thougt after changing battery to click 5 times would turn it on . I sure would like to find some easy to understand instructions .
man do I hate menues in digital cameras and now this .
