F*** YES! thats great, if Obama starts vaping, it wont get banned. lol.

For all we know, Obama is vaping. The industry doesn't need some jackass creating a billboard calling him out for being a filthy smoker, though. That is what Jon "The Safe Cig" guy has done in Philadephia. I hope his business suffered enough from the backlash of it to get him to take it down. Calling out the President for smoking on a billboard is not the way to get the Powers-That-Be on our side.

Rep. Stearns appears to be in a somewhat better position to be helpful than the average member of Congress. He has a fair amount of seniority in the House, as he is serving his fifth term, apparently from a relatively safe district for him according to Almanac of American Politics, and here is a snip from his official bio:

"Stearns is the Republican Leader on the Communications, Technology and the Internet Subcommittee (formerly the Telecommunications and the Internet Subcommittee). Stearns is active through the Subcommittee in reforming antiquated laws that hinder the development and expansion of new products and services.

From 2001 until 2007, Stearns was Chairman of the Commerce, Trade, and Consumer Protection Subcommittee and he is still on the Subcommittee."
Also, his degree is in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University (GWU is a solid academic institution) and he is unlikely to be befuddled by scientific & technical arguments from pressure groups or easily snowed by anyone misusing them.

bOOstzx3 - shame on you. Good Dem that you are, age 22 smoking for 6 years, hmm. Started when you were 16? Just kiddin, but that nanny statement gets me. I ride dirt bikes, sport bikes, and own several guns so the big brother treatment is nothing new to me. Sorry for getting off topic here, just couldn't resist as it seems the "nanny" treatment is only offensive when it applies to us personally but is ok when it affects something we don't approve of or somebody we don't know.
