Sending in Grands for a tune-up

I have 3 Grands and since I have a mini, and just recently a mini Woodvil, I feel that I can part with my Grands for a bit. What I the proper way to send them to Rob? Should I PM him, or contact him through his website?

A tune up?? I don't follow...

I have had to tap one of them to get it to fire, one fires on and off, and the other one I just want checked. They might just need the spring replaced. I don't trust myself to do it. Would rather know it is done correctly. So I want to send them to their creator.

Send him a PM to let him know you need to send in your Grands and ask what he needs from you. If i remember correctly, you should send a note describing what you need done with each one. Include your name, address and the email address you ordered with....
