I have a senitnel m16 hcigar clone, with an Igo-w I currently have a dual coil setup on that reads 1.06 ohms. In the sentinel I have an aw imr 18650 2000mah. Anyone recommend other coils or ohms I should be going for. It hits well but I know I can get more out of it. Upon arrival I had a single coil at 2.5 in the igo but that wasn't firing that well so I rebuilt it with a dual coil (my first dual coil build). Anyone with any and all information on any of these things is greatly appreciated

im running at 1.5 ohms 4.5v on an IGO-W drilled out to 1/16th air holes with dual coils 32 awg a-1 kanthal. Flavour, TH, and vapor production is all above average.I cant comment on a sub-ohm set up since im using a provari. Try cotton wrapped around the coil but leaving the sides of your cotton wick exposing the coil so air can circulate through it more efficiently.

check this out, might give you some tips to up your buzz

I have the exact same hardware as you aside from the batteries. I've got the 1600 mah aw's. I'm running dual twisted 30g coils at .3 ohms (14 amps) and its perfect for me personally. I also drilled out my airflow holes to 1/8th. I like it airy. Just keep in mind you can't go back when drilling!

Definitely get some high amp limit batteries like the sony's or atleast the 1600 mah aw's.

I keep forgetting to mention I have the holes drilled to 1/16th, I followed the link chimney sent me (thank you), and I'm currently vaping that, I have 32g kanthal dual dragon coils, 14 wraps around a paperclip that I don't know the width of and it reads 1.43 ohms. Jett how do you know the amps in relation to the ohms? I have 30 gauge kanthal coming, and I found a site with a four pack of vtcs, does it matter if they're vtc3s?

vtc3s also have a 30amp draw on them.

I'd suggest a few things, Ohm Reader if you dont already have one. Then check to see what your battery can operate safely at (your battery can safely go as low as 0.5 ohm btw) .

When I started building initially just to help get the hang of it I kept a notebook to write down what I built (what kind of coil), wire gauge, ohm read, and how I liked it. Then its easy to go from there, adding another wrap to increase resistance or taking one off to lower it, etc.

Cloud chasing with 2 coils is fun but I think you'll need a better battery to be safe. Rule of thumb adding an additional (identical) coil will (almost ) HALF your resistance.

The only thing holding you back is airflow. The W has tiny holes. It's like vaping a frozen milkshake.

What a great analogy, so true too. Huge fan of redrilling atty holes. Whole new world. I just need a wide bore drip tip.

Vtc5 has a larger battery cell compared to the 4, same amps (30).

2600 mah vtc5 vs 2100 mah vtc4.

you may get a higher starting voltage, but don't quote me on that.

What is the difference between them and the fours? I found a good rate for a couple of threes but should I hold out and look for fours?
