yeah my gasket was worn out though. nothing lasts forever. I can see the difference in the new gasket just by looking at it. mine was crushed. unfortunately I had to buy a another whole unit. they gave me a discount though.

ot: I thought the atlantis was blowing steam. guy at the shop had an 8 coil job at 260 watts that would probably make me gag.

well at least it is fixed after a lot of damage. ruined mod, peeling desk.

Good info with my Pro Tank 2 Mini I twisted till tight then snuged it..no leaking (knock on wood) but I never coated gaskets around glass or base before hand...now my EVOD BCCS do leak..noticed one has small crack my mouth piece and other one was leaking out bad then saw it broke so the air tube just rattling inside it..but another EVOD seeps around base..maybe need new gasket had them awhile..think got to buy whole new base..but switched to some Pro Tank 2 Minis and good to know not over tightend them and pre oil them up in juice that's for glass ones and the base? I saw came with couple spares but smaller diameter then the glass I used one on my EVOD base..stretched out and fit fine..why got the 2 was same coils plus liked the mini instead of a really heavy clearomizer like the orginal PT2

one thing i have noticed - a common reason for leaks - besides untight connections, drawing with too much force.

i set a few buddies up with evods, and they keep telling me its leaking every so often. one day when we were together, they had me check the tanks, all seals correct and it was puffing fine for me - hand it back to them, they took a draw or two and it started flooding/leaking.

these things maybe called e-cigarettes but they are far from it, and you do not use/puff them the same.

try pulling/puffing with less force and see how that works out.

I am seriously surprised I have 4 atlantis tanks and mine do not leak like the kanger tanks do but I did have a problem its kind of hard to explain but if you screw the coil to the base tight for me it leaks but if I screw it to the actual body of the tank so when i fill up juice the coil stays connected to the body of the tank it seems to not leak

I've never had a problem with leaking with any of my subtanks but I have noticed that if I don't wipe the base of the tank section when I refill screwing down will push any liquid into the AFC part also overfilling will cause flooding occasionally. Other then that it must be down to how your tightening it down as if there was a design fault given the numbers sold the forum would be full of threads about it. Gently screw down till you feel resistance then one quarter turn that's how I do mine and never had a problem, if your using the rba section increase your amount of wicking.
