Seven Days of Haiku For Di

She scratched my back...
I will now scratch hers...


For anyone who doubts the sincerity of the Customer Service dept. over at Eastmall, know that they have won over one of the world's biggest skeptics. So in exchange for her great service to me, I will keep my end of the bargain and post 3 lines of East Asian flavored prose every day for the next week (like a chili dog with wasabi sauce!). If any of you are still making a decision on which company to go with, I say this: get off the fence and go with Eastbay. They really do care about their customers and make the process of ordering from so far away painless and enjoyable!

My order has gone from Hong Kong to Dubai to Germany to England To Barbados To Venezuela in the span of 24 hours. And this was done so quickly because from Dubai to Venezuela, the carrier has become DHL. I didn't even ask for the upgrade, and Eastmall just did it on their own. These guys are doing an amazing job in making sure everything gets out as quickly as possible, despite how slammed they are with orders. I don't see myself going with any other company in the near future! Keep up the great work guys!

After smoking two packs a day for over a decade, I have been looking for a clever way to liberate myself from this habit. Eastmall really came through for me on this, and I'll be thanking them each day I see my health regenerate!

Though Costa Rican customs is still having there way with my package, I'm pretty sure this is my last weekend huffing on these coffin nails. I hate smoking, and I only do it because going through nicotine withdrawals in the middle of the jungle just sounds like a story not destined to end well. Thanks again to Eastmall and Di for their great job in both service and kindness.
