-Stripped the anodization, polished.

-Replaced the SS bolts and screws with Brass.

-Ordered the 510 adapter.

I really like the form factor on this thing. Now I love it all around. I think the Gamma tank is fantastic. Great vape!

So what is this? Who makes it? How much money do I need to throw at them to ship me one RIGHT NOW?!

Is there something like this that fits a Scubagen?

Electronicstix sells them but they're out of stock right now (per usual). They cost $279. The camo version is in stock but it's $20 more.

He's selling some new ones with a 510 connector with no atty on there so you can put on whatever you want. They're cheaper. I think around $160? Maybe a few buck more.

Also if you buy the sidewinder with the atty on it, you can buy a 510 connector separately and put that on instead. It threads onto the body of the PV

Didn't realize this was an 18350 mod. Is there an 18650 version available? I'd want to use it with a Kick, or at least have an 18500 in there.

you can use a kick.....there is purposefully extra room under the atty to add electronics if you want.

Yeah, that looks WAY better than the anodized finish. That's the only thing I don't like about them.. would be even better if they could be machined of SS. Nonetheless, great work.

What brass hardware are you replacing? Is it just the screw and washer on the trigger?

The atty bolt, the bottom screws and the screw on the switch. Here's what you'll be looking for. If you find a spring let me know.

atty spring: Brass Compression Spring, .78" L, .042" Wire
Bridge bolts: 8-32 x 5/8"
Atty bolt: 8-32 x 2"
Switch screw: 10-24 x ¼"

Found everything but the spring at Home Depot. You'll need to file down a screw just a bit to get it to fit.

Thanks bro!. I did get my brass trigger screw from the depot, and yeah I did have to file her down.
What did you use to strip the body?

Oven cleaner works well.

Greased lightning and a plastic scrub brush. Then I just sanded it down with 1500 sand paper and polished it with metal polish.
