Elendil...no. I was merely responding to some of the others' remarks in this thread. There are some really nice people here (especially the ladies that initially replied to my joking beginning to this thread) and.. well it's all been said before, hasn't it.

RSL -- it's not being paranoid. In a good-faith showing to Elendil I will simply give you a link to the thread that somewhat validates my point (from us newbies point-of-view) on that matter so that I will not be repeating myself in two threads anymore.

I've learned a great deal just by reading all sorts of posts, I've had a really good time being part of the forum and i don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon and neither should you

Maybe..maybe not. I would be okay accepting 50% of the blame. :p I have had a few people take the time to PM me and explain things that have happened on this forum long before I got here. It certainly always helps to understand why people do the things they do. I still may not agree with it -- but I certainly understand it a lot better.

Had I known that to begin with my responses would have been much different, I think.

Yeah, I was really scared last night. Part of my problem with analogs was habitual. Whenever I drive... I smoke. When I'm reading a good book I'm used to getting up and spending 1 chapter out on the back deck smoking, then a chapter inside...back and forth. Well I just read a good book and I just did the same thing but with my e-cigs instead.

I was really scared last night because I had to make a 1hour drive to Huntsville... and I always come close to chain-smoking on drives that long or longer. I made it there and back without an analog. I was even more impressed that I had a few drinks with a friend while I was there and got a bit tipsy... and we all know when you drink you smoke more. I was content to just puff on my e-cig though.

All-in-all I am quite proud of myself!

Thats awesome to hear, so far i've been 8 days without an analog and honestly i don't miss it.. Well so far i don't miss it, Im sure i'll have my good days and bad days. But thats fantastic to hear you were able to take that long of a drive without having an analog and going out to the bar and being content on just puffin on ur e-cig

Well, we weren't actually at a bar which usually means I'd have smoked more. Most of the bars around here are non-smoking now so I don't have much of a choice. Come to think of it -- that's why I never really went to bars! Plus alcohol is cheaper at the store than at the bar. I honestly prefer wine anyways and the wine in a bar type place is usually horrid.

I don't suppose I miss it except in those specific situations where I'm used to lighting up. The interesting thing is I have a full pack of Marlboro's in my car that were right in front of me the whole drive. I could have had one quite easily had I chosen to -- but I chose not to and reached for my e-cig instead!

This had to do with the Blu threads. And Lu was EXTREMELY clear on that, so there should be no misunderstandings, enrogae. Why not just go on to the next thing, you know? I mean, we could all hold grudges and throw pity parties, and try to make people feel sorry for us, but what is the benefit to doing that? I think you're being disingenuous.

Posts about the Blu e-cig will be deleted and you already know why. You also know you aren't being singled out, so why not just post about something else? :)

Hope you take this in the spirit in which it was intended, but I really agree with Elendil. You're acting as if you are being targeted for either being new or being a guy or whatever imaginable reason you are coming up with, and this isn't the case at all. You aren't even being targeted.

And, by the way, a women's room, just like a men's room, isn't sexist. Why would you think that everything should be open to everyone else? Can't some people just hang out with a group of people they want to hang out with and hang out with other people another time? Does everyone have to always be included all the time? I don't get this philosophy. So, there's a women's forum. There's also numerous other subforums. Go find one that works for you.

It did not have to do with the product you speak of threads. I have said this so many times...and yet it still is ignored. I would love to move past this. The part about the "Women's Room"... I don't think you have read this entire thread... otherwise you would know it was all in fun. You would also know that I wasn't talking about what you think I was talking about.

RSL -- do you really need to attack me personally? Is that all that is left to you? You have done it in a PM, and now you must do so publically? I have ceased talking about that other product. My issue has been assisted now by someone who cares about helping me instead of arguing. It's closed in my book. Why not close it in yours as well?

I would certainly do that, if my posts asking for help (as a new user of e-cigs) weren't summarily deleted without any reasoning why.

Lu gave you lots of reasons and told you why your posts were closed or deleted.

I think you're trying to push this too far and wonder if you started this thread to continue what Lu told you not to do?

You just brought it up in this particular thread, so it looked as if you wanted some feedback. . . otherwise, why bring it up? Also, you linked to a conversation about Blu e-cigs!

I did read the entire thread here and it came off as being, well. . . downright pathetic. Every single person here responded to you as if you were serious because that's how the post sounded.

*sigh* I linked to another convo about a lot of stuff...not just the product you mentioned. I did so for the reason I stated... to stop this having two threads about the same thing crap that, admittedly, I did help to start (but I didn't mean to).

You know what... I give up. I want no sympathy. In fact, I don't want to talk about it anymore at all. Thanks for the fun and humor we had in the beginning ladies; and thanks for the support Brian. :)

I am sorry for.. well...whatever I did that has bothered you. :(
