One of the reasons I love vaping, is it has taken my mind on many paths of learning different things. For those of us who love to tinker and make something from nothing, or utilize some piece of junk and turn it into a useful item --- Kudos Drivinghard.

Last year, I was considering making my own concrete pavers and I got a little facinated with shaker tables -- a cool one I think is this homemade one using an old tire: DIY Concrete Shaker Table - YouTube --- same principle, just on a larger scale. :) -- you have any pictures -- like before and after of an eliquid thats been thru your contraption? tiny bubbles are cool.

Skagit: That thing looks pretty cool -- I saw a video demo of it on Youtube, has a little bottle holder and everything... the guy was mixing paint which started out watery -- 20 seconds later he had paint again. -- but 40 bucks will almost get me 2 bottles of Tribecca shipped to my door! :)

an ultra sonic cleaner is the way to go. you can get cheap ones from harbor freight. heat plus vibration. mixers type devices will just introduce lots of oxygen into your juice and will degrade the nic and also result in a harsh vape. awesome idea . good work man. the key is vibration or shaking. bet it works pretty good. thumbs up on the DIY-ness

So, what do you do? Fill with water and drop the eliquid bottle in I'm assuming?

Heat degrades nic. so a heated ultrasonic is good? By just shaking you meld everything together Without heating to thin everything out, And degrading nic.
Then I take top off and store in dark room overnight.
I don't buy expensive halo juice. I have tried some and don't like it.
I get juice from MTB. They are 40 miles away, So shipping is free and like next day shipping.

photo (4).jpg i have a cheap model so here is how i do it. the rubber band and the foam piece hold the button to the on position. like this it would run forever till it burned out. so you can see i have it plugged in to a garden timer. it runs for 15 mins on and 30 mins off. this help to keep it from going over the 120 degrees. if you do this i would keep a close eye on it untill you feel comfortable it wont over heat. i used a meat thermometer and checked it after every 15 min on cycle and then just before it started again. for my unit 15 on 30 off is perfect. never gets to hot. the heat helps to thin the liquid so it can easily bond during the agitation. one hour of total run time equals approximately one week of steeping. this works 100 percent without a doubt. there are hundreds of pages in the DIY category about ultrasonic steeping. I make vanilla custard that is at many times my ADV for weeks at a time. this recipe takes at least 3 weeks to steep..... aint no body got time fo that !!!!!!! hahahah. anyways in the cleaner it is done after 3-4 hours total run time. so with 15 on 30 off its like 12 hrs or something. you can vape it then but i like to wait at least another 12 before i vape it. lets everything relax a little and become one. its starts a very pale yellow to almost clear, when its done its a very deep orange color, I think you are the kind of vaper that just needs to live in the DIY section with us lol.. i rarely come out of my DIY cave but its quite in there today ha, starting reading and mixing your own juice. 5 pawns and suicide bunnies got nothing on me . best vapes ive ever had came out of my own kitchen. good luck , i say that because i know you will be mixing soon lol.

you only need to let the top off also if the mix has alcohol in it, otherwise again just letting oxygen in and oxidizing the nic . and even then well steeped juice will take care of that all by itself. cap on. over night probably wont make a difference but just throwing that in there, people have steeping confused. cap off lets alcohol evaporate , thats it. if your juice doesnt have it , its doing more harm than good. not everything needs a steep either for instance alot of fruits are mix shake and vape, tobaccos can take up to 5 weeks , vanilla and bakery around 2-4.
